Kawan-kawan sume, harini kita nak belajar cecara memasak ek.. cara memasak ni saya ciplak dari http://mamaera.fotopages.com/, saya telah pun mencuba nya dah hasilnye amatla memberansangkan (saya cuba buat resepi ni tahun lepas ek...tp men bubuh jek..xda law hehehe),selain dari cokodok ikan bilis dan cokodok pisang, benda ni pun bes gak dimakan waktu hi-tea..sesekali nak rasa western pesalah nye kan kan kan... tanpa membuang masa..mari kita mulakan.... :- tgk gambar jek pun dah terliurr....mmmmmm wallaa!!
SAUSAGE AND MUSHROOM QUICHE INGREDIENTS:
Makes 7 Pastry:
120g butter,
chilled 200g all purpose flour,
sifted ¼ tsp salt 10g icing sugar,
sifted 1 small egg,
lightly beaten Filling:
1 onion, chopped 80g button mushroom (canned),
sliced 90g frankfurters,
sliced 1 tbsp oil 125g milk
100g whipping/ double (dairy) cream
2 small eggs,
lightly beaten 1 tsp salt Black pepper to taste
METHOD:
1. In a mixing bowl, rub butter into flour,
salt and icing sugar using paddle of mixer or by hand until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Add beaten egg at low speed and mix until a soft but not sticky dough is formed.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. In a frying pan, heat oil. Fry chopped onion till fragrant. Add mushrooms and frankfurters till lightly brown. Set aside.
3. Mix milk, cream, eggs, salt and pepper until well blended. Set aside.
4. Preheat oven at 190 degC. Divide pastry dough into 7 equal portions (about 52g each). Press each portion into greased aluminium foil mould of diameter 4 inch to form a pastry base.
5. Spoon fried filling into each pastry. Pour milk mixture (3) to about 90% full.
6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until pastry bases are well baked.
